Club & Membership Policies
To ensure all of our members experience a safe and enjoyable workout environment, we ask that you please read and observe the following policies and guidelines. These policies may be updated from time to time, so we invite you to return to this page anytime.
COACHING IN OUR SPACES
We recognize that many of our members are skilled and advanced in their workout techniques and encourage a community environment where members share knowledge and assist each other in workouts. However, any member or guest not employed by or contracted by New TSI Holdings, Inc. as a personal trainer is prohibited from engaging in Personal Training, Private Coaching, Team Coaching, Physical Therapy, or any related activity in our Clubs. New TSI Holdings, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any act violates this prohibition.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Any individual 14 years or older may join any Lucille by NYSC facility with parental or guardian approval. Children under the age of 14 may not utilize the cardio and strength training areas, or the group exercise studios unless enrolled in a specific Sports Clubs program or service.
CELL PHONE AND CAMERA USE
Use of cell phones for phone conversations and/or applications is strictly prohibited in cardio and strength training areas, group exercise studios, and locker rooms. You are welcome to use cell phones in our reception and seating areas, and we even provide complimentary WiFi, but we ask that you keep things moving in our workout spaces and maintain privacy in our locker rooms. To ensure privacy, avoid including other members in your shots when taking photos or videos. Photography or video in private areas such as locker rooms, spa treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, pools, kids Clubs, or during group fitness classes is prohibited.
CHECKING IN AND MEMBERSHIP KEY TAGS
Please present your key tag to the Welcome Team for scanning each time you enter the Club. This improves security by distinguishing you from nonmembers. It also verifies the unique access privileges you’ve paid for, protecting the value of your membership. Another benefit is that we can monitor total Club usage and add staff when attendance spikes. We have also utilized Club check-ins for contests to award prizes. Finally, if you’d like to know how often you have used our Clubs (say for tax or insurance purposes), it makes obtaining a Club usage report possible.
Key tags may not be loaned to another person. Allowing someone else to use your key tag will result in immediate termination of your membership. Unfortunately, one strike and you’re out.
All members will be asked to have a photograph taken in the Club. This is to protect the integrity of your membership and for security purposes.
CHECKING IN AND MEMBERSHIP APP
Please download the NYSC App from the iOS or Android App Store. Please use your Lucille by NYSC App to scan into the Club each time you visit. This improves security, verifies your unique access privileges, and protects the value of your membership. This information allows us to accurately monitor attendance and staff accordingly as well as run fun contests and challenges based on check-in data. You can also monitor and track your Club usage, which may be helpful for tax or insurance purposes.
Your barcode may not be shared with another person. Allowing someone else to use your barcode will result in immediate termination of your membership.
All members will be asked to have a photograph taken in the Club. This is to protect the integrity of your membership and for security purposes.
CLOTHING
A shirt and shorts or athletic pants and closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times on the courts and in the fitness and exercise areas. Jeans, work boots, Crocs, slides, and other nonathletic attire and footwear are not permitted in our fitness/exercise areas.
SAUNA/STEAM ROOM
A towel must be worn in the sauna and steam room at all times.
Use of cell phones or electronic devices are not permitted
Refrain from loud conversations, and be mindful of other members’ relaxation.
Do not bring food or drinks into the sauna or steam room.
There is a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior at Lucille by NYSC. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension of sauna and steam room privileges or cancellation of membership.
CLUB USAGE FEES
Additional Club usage fees may apply when visiting Clubs outside of your membership access.
These usage fees vary by Club. Please contact the Club you plan to visit for exact usage fees.
GUESTS
We welcome guests within all of our Clubs. There may be a fee depending on the type of guest pass being used and whether you are an out-of-town guest or trying the Club in consideration of joining. If you’re a first-time visitor, click here to try out a Club. All guests will need to show a photo ID.
LOCKERS
Our locker rooms have lockers for you to store your belongings while you work out. You must bring your own lock. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Our club also offers self-serve lock boxes for valuables for one-day use at a very low fee.
We do offer an option for you to rent a locker on a month-to-month basis. The fee is non-refundable, and the locker is non-transferable. Anything left inside a locker after the rental has expired will be donated or discarded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to the health of our employees and members. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our facility, including all enclosed and outdoor areas of the Club and the entrance area immediately outside the front door. This applies to all smoking products (tobacco or other forms), i.e., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and vapes.
GENERAL
Policy may vary based on membership type and enrollment date. Please review your specific membership agreement to confirm the terms and conditions that are applicable to you.
Membership is granted to an individual. Membership cannot be shared by multiple individuals. All individuals entering Lucille by NYSC must either be a member or a recorded guest. Allowing someone else to use your barcode to check in will result in immediate termination of your membership.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All memberships may be canceled under terms agreed upon and outlined in your Membership Agreement. Certain additional rights of cancellation, including consumer right to cancel, may vary by Club due to state and local regulations. If you just joined but changed your mind and want to leverage your 3-day consumer right to cancel, please reach out to our Club Team or our billing partner’s Customer Care team; this option is not available in app/online. Members in an annual commit membership who request to cancel within the 12-month obligation will be billed a $150 cancellation fee, per the membership terms. This cancellation fee must be paid at the time of cancellation, and members will have access through the end of the current billing cycle.
Our cancellation policy allows members to cancel their memberships:
- At any time by providing notice in the manner and time frame specified in your membership agreement with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice before the end of the month to avoid being billed for the following month. If appropriate notice is not provided, the member may be subject to another billing cycle during which time an additional month of Club access will be provided.
- Members may initiate a cancellation in person at any Club location or by sending a cancellation via mail, email, or phone to the Club. The Contact Us form may be used as well. Your membership will remain active until you receive confirmation of cancellation.
- Members can visit our online cancel page to process your cancellation. Please note you will need to enter your barcode, email and home club (all available in app) to verify and complete your cancel request.
- Members can also initiate a cancel or freeze request directly through our billing partner by contacting Customer Care at 888-827-9262 or customercare@abcfitness.com
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE
- You may freeze your membership for a minimum of one month, a maximum of 12 months, or any number of whole months in between.
- Freezes cannot occur during the first 90 days after enrollment or during a 30-day notice period for cancellation.
- Freezes cannot be applied retroactively or backdated.
- Certain membership agreements may not permit freeze access, including but not limited to locker rentals.
During a membership freeze:
- You will be charged a fee for each month that you have your membership on freeze/hold.
- You will not be billed your regular monthly dues.
- You may not use the Club or any of its programs or services.
- Any applicable annual fee will be collected.
- Your commitment period (if applicable) will be extended by the amount of time your membership is frozen.
Following the expiration of your freeze, standard monthly billing will resume.
A medical freeze is available in the state of Pennsylvania for free when accompanied by a signed doctor’s note.
Members may request a freeze in person at any Club location. You may also initiate a freeze request through our Contact Us form or by visiting our online freeze page. Please note you will need to enter your barcode, email and home club (all available in app) to verify and complete your request online.
To ensure proper billing, please request your freeze at least 5 business days prior to your billing date.

MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES + DOWNGRADES
Changes to your membership type may be available depending on the terms of your agreement. Membership changes may result in additional fees, a reduction in feeds, restrictions, or a new commitment period.

ANNUAL FEE
The Annual Fee is used to invest in our programs, equipment, and facilities to ensure you’re getting the best value for your membership dollars. Annual fee billing occurs 7 days after joining (where applicable) and on that calendar date each year thereafter. Please refer to the specifics in your membership agreement.
Older memberships may be required to pay a maintenance fee on a date other than their anniversary or pay no fee at all.
PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
To qualify for a Personal Training Membership, an individual must have an active Club membership in good standing. Personal Training Membership (PTM) agreements may require a minimum commitment period.
Please refer to your individual Personal Training Membership agreement and/or speak with a Club team member about your minimum term length. Additional fees may apply if you do not meet your minimum term.
- Sessions have an expiration date. Unused training sessions cannot be reinstated or be assigned an extended expiration date.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- PTM’s cannot be put on hold or freeze during the commitment period.
- Membership cannot be downgraded during the 3-month membership period
- One membership per person.
SINGLE SESSIONS
60-minute and 30-minute single sessions are available. There is no limit on the number of sessions that can be purchased. Please note, that sessions have an expiration window and must be used within that time period. Unused training sessions cannot be reinstated or be assigned an extended expiration date.
- Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Sessions must be used at the Club where they were purchased.
- 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged for a session.
CLASS RESERVATIONS
Small Group and Team Training are paid sessions. Participants must register for these services in advance.
You must be listed on the class roster in order to participate in a Small Group or Team Training class.
Buy and register for Small Group or Team Training in the Club or on the Lucille by NYSC mobile App. In the App, purchase options may be limited.
Sessions have an expiration date. Unused Small Group and Team Training sessions cannot be reinstated or assigned an extended expiration date.
Small Group and Team Training sessions are nonrefundable.
