All members are welcomed with a FREE comprehensive 1-hour long personal fitness assessment with a certified personal trainer! Our MY Club Intro was developed to provide valuable insight and a supportive introduction.
Meet one-on-one with a certified Personal Trainer to review your fitness history + discuss your goals.
Complete a quick movement assessment, where you will perform 6 to 8 foundational movements. This will be followed by an InBody body composition analysis, which will outline your body’s makeup to give a clearer picture of your overall health and fitness.
Your trainer will breakdown the results of your Movement Assessment and create a plan to help you reach your goals, taking your interests into account.
