How do I sign up?

You can sign up for the Lucille Rewards Program 3 different ways.

Note: You can verify the email associated with their Lucille By NYSC membership by opening the Lucille by NYSC App, tapping on the three dots in the lower right hand corner, then selecting ‘My Profile’. The email associated with your membership will be displayed at the top.

1. Visit the MY Club Rewards homepage

• – Click ‘JOIN PROGRAM’
• – Enter the email address associated with your NYSC account
• – Click ‘SIGN UP’
• – Check your email for link to confirm registration and set a password

2. Via the NYSC App Note: Must have version 7.124.1 on iOS and Android

*If you have the latest version but do not see the rewards icon, try quitting the app and logging in again

• – Download the NYSC App
• – Tap the reward icon at the bottom of the App. This will be the ‘Present’ icon.
• – Choose ‘JOIN PROGRAM’
• – Click ‘SIGN UP’
• – Check your email for link to confirm registration and set a password
• – Once you go back to the NYSC App, select ‘AUTHORIZE’ to your account

3. By Email Invitation After Check-In

• – You will receive an email invitation to join the MY Club Rewards Program after your first check-in after the launch of the rewards program
• – Check your email and click ‘ACCEPT POINTS’

What if I visit Lucille by NYSC on Gympass?

Those on gympass memberships cannot participate in the rewards program. 

How do I earn points?

You must sign up for the rewards program to be eligible to earn points. You will earn points for the things you’re already doing like checking in to the club, taking group fitness classes, attending personal training sessions, referring friends and more! You can check out all the ways you can earn points here.

How do I track my points?

You can track points in the Lucille by NYSC App or online from the MY Club Rewards Homepage. You can find the rewards icon in the bottom right hand corner of your Lucille by NYSC App. You can also track points through email notifications that congratulate you on points earned and progress towards redeeming rewards. You have the option to receive an email update after every time you earn, on a weekly basis, or you can opt out entirely from your Parkville account settings.

How do I redeem points?

Points can be redeemed on select products and services such as membership dues, personal training sessions, guest passes, branded merchandise and more! See the full list of rewards here. Sign in to your MY Club Rewards account, click ‘REDEEM’ and select the perk you want to redeem to create a voucher. Bring the voucher to your club either on your phone or as a print out. A Club Team Member will help you redeem your perk. Online Retail Credits should be used in the NYSC Online Store by redeeming your voucher and applying your unique discount code at checkout

Do my points expire?

Points never expire as long as your membership remains active, and points may only be collected and redeemed while you are an active member. 

What counts as a referral?

To earn points for referring a friend, your referred friend must join Lucille by NYSC and remain a member in good standing for two months. You can check the status of referrals from the ‘REFERRALS’ tab in your dashboard and will get notified by email that you earned referral points.

What is Perkville?

Perkville is our software partner that provides the platform for our rewards program.

What is Shopify?

Shopify is our online retail store where you can purchase branded NYSC gear. As part of the rewards program, you can redeem points for an online retail credit towards any purchase in the online shop. You will redeem the credit using a one time unique discount code which you will receive once you redeem your points.

1. Lucille by NYSC may, at its sole discretion, offer the Perkville (the “Program”) pursuant to which members may be awarded reward points through use of the Perkville website, and certain other activities that Lucille by NYSC designates from time to time.
2. Opting in to email communication from Lucille by NYSC allows Perkville to maintain the integrity of your rewards account. You may opt out of receiving email from Lucille by NYSC at any time you wish. But please remember, once you opt out, you will also not receive email updates on points.
3. Lucille by NYSC may, without notice, terminate the Program at any time, change the Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation, the goods or services offered in redemption of reward points, the number of points required to redeem goods and services, make no future awards, and void all prior points awarded, for any participant or all participants in the program, at its sole discretion, at any time. These changes may be made even though such changes may affect the value of the reward points already accumulated.
4. All reward points must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Program. Reward points may only be exchanged for such goods and services from stores managed by Lucille by NYSC as determined by Lucille by NYSC at the time of redemption. Reward points may not be exchanged for cash. Lucille by NYSC assumes no liability for any prior offers which may have been presented, but which is not a current offer at the time of redemption.
5. Lucille by NYSC makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaims any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to the Program or any goods or services provided through the Program.
6. Those on Gympass memberships are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
7. This offer is void where prohibited by Law. 
8. All interpretations of these rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Lucille by NYSC.
